Andrew Benton

Andrew is a software engineer, founder, and operator who has spent the last 15 years building developer infrastructure and AI systems.

Most recently he was at Sierra, the leading conversational AI agent platform. Before that he co-founded Riza, an AI infrastructure company that provided sandboxed code execution for LLMs — letting language models safely write and run code autonomously, processing over 850 million code execution requests at peak.

Earlier in his career, Andrew was COO at ngrok, founded Charge (a consumer VoIP company he ran for five years), and was an early engineer at Twilio. He's an active open source contributor — notably on sqlc (type-safe SQL codegen for Go).

Mike Norman

Mike is a founder, investor, and operator. Prior to Switchboard he founded Wefunder, the world's largest Regulation Crowdfunding platform, where he helped craft the crowdfunding provisions of the JOBS Act and was present at the White House when President Obama signed it into law.

As an early-stage investor, Mike backed the seed rounds of Checkr, ShipBob, Ironclad, Teleport, and others — several of which are now among the leading AI-native companies in their categories.

Before startups, Mike founded a youth development program in Boston serving kids from public housing, combining mentorship and athletics to create pathways to opportunity.
